Emergencies

Emergency services are offered to our existing clientele 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We do not offer after-hours emergency care to non-established clients.

For emergency services, we have partnered with VetTriage. When you have an animal health concern after normal business hours, VetTriage veterinarians are on standby 24 hours a day to assist. For a small fee, you will be connected to the VetTriage veterinarians on a live video chat session. They will triage your pet and give you at-home care guidance, or in the event you need emergency assistance, the VetTriage veterinarians will coordinate your visit with the on-call veterinarian and offer both English and Spanish speaking veterinarians.
